Warranty

All products on our site are guaranteed authentic. Since we do not sell our products through the manufacturer's pricing guidelines; we do not provide the manufacturer's warranty with the product. Some original packaging may be modified to replace the original warranty as we are not an authorized dealer. In addition, some of our watches will have a security strip which can be removed by the customer upon acceptance of the sale of the watch.

Our warranty covers only the replacement of batteries within three (3) months from the date of purchase. For claims other than this, we provide a 6-month warranty subject to the warranty policies of our suppliers in the U.S.. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining/losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced. The following however are NOT covered by the warranty:

• "external damages" to the product resulting from wear of watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
• damages due to wear and tear, or if used under excessive conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer's guidelines.
